Dear Diary,

It’s day four of having no idea how I’m holding a pen. I’ve seen people do it, but I’m a cat! Maybe I observed them so hard I subconsciously learnt how to hold it? Who knows. The herds are moving again. It’s earlier this year.

Bos smelled the humans again; maybe that’s what’s moving the herds. Charolais is working with Hoofbeat to mark the old camp so we can find it next season. Scrampled Egg is helping Swiss, although Albera is doing most of the work.

Bos says we’re going to the winter camp now. Maybe the humans won’t follow us there.

Dearest Diary,

It has been… a time… in the Clan, for sure. Raven keeps going on about how the moon might be cheese and a great cat of cheese lives there. At least it got the kittens away from the apothecary den? I swear, that trio is absolutely everywhere. It’s ridiculous! How do they have that much energy? Even I never had that much energy when I was small!

Anyways, the Guardian Council’s looking to expand our area a bit. The miners have brought back some fantastic minerals for decorating. And Lynx had what might just be the best idea of all time! Instead of having to go out to forage certain supplies, such as herbs, every time the stock is low… we could dry excess herbs from Newawakening (Spring) and Stormseason (Summer) and keep them stored in a specific way so that they’ll keep for the colder seasons! I’m not sure how… but it’s seems interesting. Perhaps we can do it with food too?

Lynx also said that they’re going to try my suggestion of a garden as well! Only small things at the start, like dandelion and whatnot. But I’m going to be able to help build it! Speaking of which, I’m late for the meeting… I’ll be back later!
