office: i've copied john on this e-mail to see if he can help. please be patient as we've been getting a lot of e-mails and there may be a slight delay in responses.

the last reply from him was JULY 15th . THATS ALMOST A MONTH. SLIGHT DELAY MY ASS. I HAVE EMAILED HIM THREE TIMES SINCE. PLEASE I JUST WANT MY MONEY !!!

Ughhh I hated this the most about college. I’m currently waiting to hear back about my start date. And email was 2 months ago, 🙃

What is it with financial aid offices and being ridiculously hard to get answers from? Not to mention their info isn't always the most correct. I was told when I started applying for classes this semester that I'd have "plenty" of funds available to pay for classes. Then I spoke to someone in financial aid and was told, "well you're only getting 800-something and your bill is like 1,000." On the bright side, they did give me some left over grant money from last semester, so I used that to pay off my classes, but I wish they could just all be on the same page for once!
