Summer memory: One of Paloma's favourite summer time memories was performing Little Red Riding Hood with the local theatre. They had been preparing for weeks, practicing their lines and making the scenery and props, and it was a lot of fun making friends. The performance took place in the park, blue sky, a breeze rustling the leaves in the trees; lots of kids and their families gathered around. She played the part of the grandmother, and got to put on a funny little voice while saying her lines! Everyone clapped at the end and they took a bow, the cast smiling and laughing together. They finished the day with some ice cream, and Paloma remembers getting some on her nose, her friends laughing as she tried to lick it off. They waved goodbye, and promised to do it all again next summer!

Summer memory: Their favorite memory is of the first time they went to summer camp, and got to experience many new things they never would have otherwise! From smores, to campfire stories, to a haunted cemetery and illegal sneaking to the lake... it was a memorable summer she was glad to have entered into! If she had to pick a single moment though? The first time she got to try archery! The thrill of actually hitting the target is a feeling that has never left her!
