Prompt: "My favorite holiday tradition? Oh, gosh, that's a hard one!" Feather paces around slowly, her bunny, Teacup, perched on her back. "In my twoleg house they did this thing where they'd bring a tree- a whole tree!- into the den and decorate it and put these shiny boxes under them! They would just leave it there for weeks! Once I saw one of the twoleg kits try to open one, and the big twoleg yelled at them! Then the next day though, they were allowed to! I didn't really understand it, but I got to have soft food and go play in the snow, which was fun!"

She walks up to you and sits, causing Teacup to fall off. Teacup makes a sound of indignation and clambers(?) onto Feather's head, sitting defiantly. Feather giggles before looking to your eyes, getting very serious all of a sudden. "You want to know my favorite thought, right? Well, I'm not sure if it's a holiday, but every few moons my twolegs would bring a bunch of little bunnies like Teacup into the house and let me play with them! They were scared at first, but we would always become friends. Then, the twolegs would take them away and I'd never see them again! I wish I knew what happened to them, maybe they could join Aethercla like me and Teacup!" She looks somber for a moment before shaking her head, "Hey, want to go catch butterflies with me?" You can't even answer her before she grabs your paw and drags you with her.

"I don't know if I would say that is was a 'real' holiday, but.. it was to us. You see, our human 'Miss K' was very lonely. She would love to tell us stories about her kids, and how she missed them so much. Miss K said that her kids had moved to the big city, and it was hard for them to get the time to travel back home. Lacey and I knew they would always be there for the yearly spring tea party though - and it always made our owner so incredibly giddy. Why, she would spent all week getting her recipes out of the cupboards, deciding which tablecloth to use, and dusting off her favorite teapot. Oh, and the smells.. the whole home smelt so good while she baked all of her favorite desserts. But, what made us the most happy was seeing Miss K so happy. Our normally once quiet home was filled with people, and we knew that Miss K would be talking about it for months afterwards. One could claim it wasn't a real holiday, but it brought people together and was an important part of her family."
