This Braixen carries a staff with a torn rope on its end. Tell me what used to be on the other end of this rope, and why it isn't there anymore. (art and/or writing are both allowed, no min/max requirements)

Pokemon name: Juliene
Pokemon typing: fire
pokemon pronouns: She/Her
prompt: Juliene makes money to trade for food and items through mining for gems. The caves near her home are long and winding, and its a tough enough job to do so by herself. She works from morning till late at night, and the fire she produces can't stay lit for more than a few hours much less be visible the deeper she mines into the cave! One morning while mining she found a special type of crystal chunk, the Forever Flare. When mining, the closer you strike the crystal the more light it emits, for just a few seconds. However, when a lit match is brought up to these crystals, they emit a powerful light, that can be seen from miles away. It is highly sought after from explorers because it enables them to do their job faster as opposed to in the near dark with dim lighting. Juliene took the chunk of crystals, five in total, and placed them into a lantern and tied it onto her staff. This was a great investment to her mining, as she worked faster and came back with more rare gems and crystals that she would have missed out on otherwise! Unfortunately, 6 months after getting these crystals, they were stolen from her while she was conversing at the market selling gems she had found. She has enough gems to sell to last her a while, but she needs the lantern back, otherwise her business will plummet...!!

Pokemon name: Tango
Pokemon typing: fire
pokemon pronouns: she/her
prompt:

A pocketwatch! When she first set out as a traveling adventurer, Tango was very careful and aware about keeping track of time. But the longer and farther she traveled, she came to rely more on the movement of the sun, moon, and stars to tell her time and help guide her. Somewhere in the course of her travels, the rope holding the timepiece to her staff frayed and simply broke, and she never bothered to purchase a replacement. She sometimes wonders where it ended up, though- hopefully in the hands of someone who will use it well.

There used to be a jar, a jar of promises. A jar of hope, some could say. Full of little trinkets from memories they had held dear to them. From little folded papers to tiny charmsโ€ฆ

Until the day they lost their memory. Something to do with Dialga, perhaps? They canโ€™t remember. They only know some basic moves, the jar existing, and their name.

When the incident happened, the jar shattered, scattering pieces across the world. Now theyโ€™re on a quest to find those fragments of their memory, believing when they find them all, it will be restored.

Pokemon name: Felicity
Pokemon typing: fire
pokemon pronouns: She/Her
prompt:

Tied to the tip of her staff used to hand a bell. Felicity was once a sheppardess in her own right, a leader of wild pokemon keeping them safe in their small and relatively peaceful hills. But everything seemed to change for her one night... Felicity was happy, she was content with her role and felt a sense of compassion for this found family she had come to protect. The skies darkened as a storm seemed to manifest right over them.

There was nothing she could do as a giant pokemon tore through the sky. She yelled for her wards waving her staff begging for them to follow... But the cries of this mysterious pokemon drowned out the sound of her bell tolling and her panicked calls. It was chaos... She knew she wouldn't be able to do much, but she had to find another way to save her family. She threw aside her years of pacifism and hurled a flaming ball at the mon, drawing it's attention if only for a moment... If it's misdirected wrath was to be aimed at anyone it would be her. She shouted and ran, waving her bell through the air as the beast took notice and lunged away from her peers.

She braced for the worst, but to her surprise... It's maw snatched up the bell in a swift motion. Her grip faltered as the terrifyingly powerful mon took her off the ground.. It was flying away! In a realized panic, she burned the rope severing the tie between this terrifying beast and her. As she fell the sky tore open and she winced at the bright lights, but soon became enamored by the colors and glimpses of other worlds she saw...

And suddenly... She woke up. She was back on the ground surrounded by her flock of wild mon, fretting about her. She must have fainted from the fall... Her wards seemed battered just as she was, but their vitality growing as healing was being shared about and berry stashes passed around. She sighed in relief as she counted everyone up and fussed over them, learning that no one was gravely injured. Thank goodness...

How could that have been real..? Are there really other worlds..? She lifted her staff to inspect her staff, noting the burned rope dangling off of it, remembering the memory in a flash. A glint of curiosity and wonder crossed her eye- If all that really did happen... Then it must be true. Felicity saw something none of them could explain that night, something that would haunt her memory... But inspire her. Her mind was restless with the thoughts of that night.. She wanted more. What worlds could be out there? What world did that pokemon come from..? Maybe one day... She could find out.

Pokemon typing: Fire
pokemon pronouns: they/them
prompt:
What a sad state for the shepherd, to have lost one of their sheep.

There is something to be said for clinging so tightly to something, that you lose it anyway. A tighter and tighter grip kept on the flock, a too-careful eye, a rope around the neck to bind them to the staff meant to guide them.

Of course they broke free in the end. Of course they left, to fates that could not be known.

They keep the staff and the rope as a reminder. This is what they have wrought. This was a lesson to be learned. And they shall not forget it, not let their judgment be clouded once more.
