Sandclan & Rockclan were the two original clans that controlled a significant part of the forest and coastline. However, a large portion of the forest is considered dangerous and is forbidden for cats to enter. There are tales of large predators, twolegs, and dangerous terrain that is inhospitable for cats to survive in. There is a small creek that separates the clans' territories from the Outlands.
