Something happened yesterday that was a very terrifying reminder to check in on your loved ones often.
Especially the ones who you know are struggling. I didn't see the signs leading up to it, and almost lost
someone very dear to me. I am eternally grateful for the support system we have locally that allows us to
get help if we ask.

Hug them a little bit longer, a little bit harder, and listen a little more.
