The shadows of frisbees and balls are the only shadows he will chase. Instead of the physical ball or frisbee to chase he goes for the shadows and will always tend to get hit with said objects.

What does this dog chase? (Minimum 50 words): Memory used to be like a regular dog, she'd chase tennis balls, soccer balls, you name it. That all changed when her handlers decided to see if she'd enjoy a herding ball! Now nothing else in the toy box can even come close to the enjoyment that Memory gets out of her herding ball. She'll chase and nuzzle it for hours, to the point she has to have it taken away and stored on the highest shelf so she doesn't over extend herself. No matter how tired she is, she will insist on sitting and whining beneath the shelf, waiting for her handlers to take it back down so she can get back to chasing it, which they do eventually have to do as she now refuses to chase any other kind of ball, even though she once used to.
