Long story short but
I was working by loading a mail trailer and my lumbar muscles (lower back) decided it was going to pull itself.
and here's the kicker: I was working safely and my back JUST DID IT OUT OF THE BLUE.
(I work in the mail industry, I load packages and package sorting so our truckers/drivers get the correct mail)
and it's nearly summer, go figure! It's during that time of year where you WANT to go out and do things.
And rn I can BARELY bend over to pick up my cat without my back wanting to yeet out of existence.
so I'm in physical therapy. yayyyyyyy...
also sorry for my terrible wording, I'm tired and these pain meds give me brain fog 24/7
