Heyo! Still in the drawing mood, so I drew this lovely character! The OP just got this character and is thinking of new elven/witch designs for them, so I had some fun with the design! Sorry for switching up the clothes so much, I didn't read that you wanted them in an overall styled dress until I had already finished! I sorta mixed the witch/elf idea, but it was fun overall!
