I have no idea, although I did think of some facts about the species this canine is while doodling.
Canis Oceania
A strictly female canine-type animal that resides in clean springs around the world. Depending on where they make their home, the coloring, size and fin-type vary. Canis Oceania have fins on each foot to paddle along and along, streaming tail to attract prey. As beautiful as they look, Canis Oceania have very small, jagged teeth for tearing prey's meat. Canis Oceania is a carnivore that preys on small and medium sized fish and can swim up to twenty miles per hour. This species can live for a particularly long time and are very rare in the wild. Once one dies, another is born.
