this is mostly a reminder to myself but i think everyone needs to her it. there are so many healthy coping mechanisms!! utilize them!!
i think everyone should share their favorite coping mechanisms... mine is looking at cats on pinterest and drawing cute things (like this!) instead of more emotional vent art. (not that drawing that kind of vent art is bad, it's also a good coping mechanism for some! i just found it was detrimental to me and i just like drawing happy things like worms)
