- Base color sooty bay.
- Face scales are thick plates, not very pliant.
- Markings can glow or dim depending on mood.
- Spine fins are semi-transparent and help diffuse heat.
- Two hind leg claws per leg; one pair on the pasterns, one on the hocks.
