Dragon lord

A character my brother TheCrowAtMidnight challenged me to draw for him / design for him based off of a description. He is a dragon god in humanoid form. Chinese dragon, he doesn't wear shoes but I draw too big to draw the feet. Place holder name is Ryuk. Real name Tbd.
