I do not accept requests for In Progress adoption competitions.

This applies to both open and closed species, mainly because I myself participate and it isn't fair to me to draw for a competition twice, and against myself.
I (Cinerious), the artist, retain all copyrights of my work. Characters and Designs belong to their original owners.

This includes the right to use the image as a way of self-promotion or sample of what I do, unless we (The commissioner and I) agree upon otherwise.
