a bartender or shopkeep of the underworld / cave-like world - personality-wise they tend to be a bit sarcastic and playful, however underneath of that they are quite sensitive and reserved
the markings on their body only glow in the dark or underneath UV light, otherwise they do not glow.
i'd say maybe a drow-tiefling mix if we're lookin at fantasy stuff?
