hes blind, since as a kit he got an eye infection that grew to the point where his eyes were not salvageable.
His adoptive mom refused to believe her kitten was never going to be a warrior like he wanted and refused to give up on him. She personally trained him and he grew to be a phenomenal warrior, but the leader- to this day- refuses to name a blind cat a warrior.
