How did they make such a mess??: When Kromer gets embarrassed, they turn into a slushy goo. I imagine that they got so embarrassed one day, they remained a partial slushy mess!

How did they make such a mess??: Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. First day on the job and this... how did this even happen? Hazard stared at the mess of cars going every wrong direction. This was supposed to be easy, being a traffic director! He got distracted by an ice cream truck and pointed the wrong way, then next thing he knew... this! How did one fix this anyways? Maybe if he carefully walked away whistling nobody would notice?
