its oshawott from the Unova region, this turned out better than i thought, though the fur on the belly and the bubbles could use some more work
i love this thing, its soo cute, this will b my starter when i get White
these r the refrences i used http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/oshawottand http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/oshawott/flavor though i didnt find this nice big picture untill i was almost done
