pebble keeps a secret garden not far from mother tree, where the sun hits just right during new-leaf and green-leaf. she hasn't seen her little safe haven in moons. as she passed into the shaded valley a new energy flowed through her. pebble's heart was pounding and a smile traced her maw as she came over the hill. she just about tumbled into the hollow, pushing herself into the plush grass. taking a deep breath in, the scent of wildflowers and home filling her lungs. there she lay for the rest of the day, taking a well deserved rest.
