prompt; Every year, at the Feather Festival, Rosa always comes by to deliver gifts for all of the Kalons who came to the festival. It brings joy to both her and the heart of the Kalons who had obtained gifts from her. Rosa also runs a stand where kalons can submit some small gifts they would like and would not like, along with a picture of themselves a day before the festival starts, so then she knows what they would like, and who specifically wants that gift.
Rosa also loves giving out gifts on Christmas and Valentine's Day. On Christmas, she often hands out larger gifts to friends, as she knows what they may want, and smaller gifts like chocolates, mints, candies, etc. to Kalons she doesn't know as much. She also goes to the Christmas Festival every year to hand out gifts to the Kalons present there, and tries to give out gifts to every Kalon possible there, though if she doesn't manage to give a gift to a certain Kalon there, she'll make sure that she can deliver a gift to them afterward.
On Valentine's Day, she usually only gives out smaller gifts, like heart-shaped candies to her friends, and stuffed animals, as well as boxes of chocolates to couples, though she can only really give out gifts to no more than 10 couples, as she doesn't often see them; she lives in a rather small town, away from most couples, and she doesn't really like to leave town, either. So, she usually sticks to her friends.
Rosa also enjoys giving gifts without warning, knocking on her friends' doors and then throwing a candy bar at them, then straight up leaving for no reason, as she's both sweet and lovable, but unpredictable and chaotic. She and her friends find it hilarious and sweet, though others have noted that they don't appreciate getting something thrown at them, and have informed Rosa, so she always tries to remember not to do it, as it clearly bothers her friends, though she does sometimes forget.
