And yes, however I find a mouse MUCH easier to use and I produce better art with it, I don't thinky your skill depends on whether you have a mouse or a tablet, it depends on which you have a better feel for.

i am awesome with a pencil but a mouse can lead to disaster and frustration for me. but i agree if you have a better feel for it itll be better than if you hate it.
