[Riot Lord]

Inspired from yellow, a good color, and the hlow squid from minecraft ^^

I worked on my phone so i can't tell how it turned out, hopefuly it is good-

The cyan around the main body is the glowy parts, and it has white glow things on its face
The yellow is a slime sorta stuff that can electrocute people
