Done! I turned him more Goldfish than Angler Fish... Whoops.
Sorry if this bothers you, I'm just trying to clear out my saved drawings.
The design is a bit of a mess, but I kind of like this Angler fish-ish boy~

I like pretty much any design and color palette, though I prefer simpler designs.
I dislike fully feral designs, as even if they are awesome I can't draw them as well...
