I'd like to enter! The things that make me happy and bring me peace of mind are my friends, my dogs, music and being out in nature. I don't know what I would do without those closest to me or without my dogs, they bring me comfort and have always been there for me. As for painting and walks in nature, they quiet down my anxious thoughts and help calm me down when everything feels overwhelming.

what brings me peace is music. it can be glass animals or contemp. Christian music. either way the calmness of both bands / genres are perfect

welding also helps me !! anytime i can destroy / make stuff with metal just…really tickles my buttons. i love the aftermath of what i make but i also just like cutting metal with a torch. using an oxy - acetylene is so soothing
