i found my first pokesona again in some old folders today so i figured id redraw him cause i do miss him a ton
the design itself is from the og revamp though i added his original umbreon circle marking onto his forehead.

i remember younger me hated drawing the circles cause i could never get it right so i just removed it from the design lol
