Your Founder needs to be at least a Young Adult. Having them be 26 years old would make them a Teen, which Teens aren't allowed to be Founders since they're too young. Please read the
Species Information and change your form.
A pack is your group of Kahvmas, no one else's. There aren't packs you can join, you have to make your own and develop it yourself (unless doing a prompt that allows or requires collaboration between you and another person).
And powers can be anything as long as it doesn't make them op and/or seem like a God, there isn't a list of allowed powers because of how many potential ones there could be. There also isn't one specific set of info for one particular power, they can have the same name or basic premise but may vary greatly from Kahvmas to Kahvmas. Some powers that seem op at first glance are okay as long as they have a fair amount of weaknesses and limitations. For example: Portal - allows the user to open a gateway from one place to another - can only be used to go to places where the user has been before and has a long cool down time
