A; Nope, the P.C. is not open for making your own without a custom. Read below for more details!

You can interact with your P.C. every 24 hours. I will be checking, for example, if you posted an interaction form at 10;13, you cannot post an interaction until after 10;13.

1 - Walking | Take a nice walk with your P.C.!
2 - Fetch | Play fetch with your P.C.!
3 - Getting Desert | Go get some snacks to please your P.C.!
4 - Comfort | Give your P.C. some comfort after along day!
