new oc! named ray after light rays/radium
they make things that they touch glow in the dark
when it turns into nighttime, the entire forest seems to glow and many people go there to hike to see the view. this place has since been dubbed the 'lustrous woodland' and is a popular tourist spot!
is it obvious i have no clue how to draw a butterfly-
