The character is Popee, from Popee the Performer! I usually don't like drawing humans or humanoids, but Popee has a really simple design and i just HAD to drew them!
Also, i'm not comfortable drawing real blood, and the rules say you can't draw too much blood, so have a teeny tiny bit of Danganronpa looking blood. Hope this doesn't break the rules somehow.
