- okay I'm nervous about this, but--
I really miss my old species, modern thylacines and boer spaniels. a part of me wants to bring them back and finish the groundwork I set for them years ago,,,,,but I know I can't do it alone, and I'm really not sure if anyone is still interested in them since it's been so long.
it's honestly been a while since I ran a closed species. I dropped off the face of the earth for a while,,,,,,,,,I think I learned a lot of lessons from my past runs about time management and not doing too many tasks for myself to handle. everyone on boer staff was telling me to let other people do the work and I just wasn't listening (": and there was just so much pressure with running a species all by myself for thylacines that I ended up hiding and pretending it never happened. I kept biting off more than I could chew and thinking I could handle it alone when I very obviously couldn't.
if you might be interested in one of these species or even helping me reopen them, please let me know !! if I did do something with them in the future, I would probably keep them on the same lines since they hold a special place in my heart. and I'd have way more people helping me. like a lot, I promise. I don't want to fail y'all again. I would NOT reopen unless I knew I had a team there that help keep me from getting overwhelmed again.
