The first "friend" Ratt made as a robotic spy, was Pebble J. As just a young bird, it played a mute character that was very childish. When it met Fabio, it morphed into a more open character. As it got stronger it was able to fly for longer, once it met Toxic, it developed into a more "adult" personality, relying on science and "adult" things. Ratt still hangs out with old "friends" and remains the same personality with the same person every time, for example, it still acts as a mute child around Pebble J.
