The biggest romantic gesture Harkyn has done, was also his first one. For the majority of his life, Harkyn hadn't been interested in the whole idea of Valentines day and saw it as something to be avoided. He deemed himself a plain horse, lacking of markings or interest like a lot of the other horses seemed to posses; and due to this lack of self love, had never bothered applying to effort to make such a gesture to someone else.
