Yeah, I did. When I took off the black on the front of it though there wasn't a signature on it so I tried to rewrite it.

That was the point of the black. It was so no one else colored it untill it was locked

I /wanted/ to colour it, and I had a right to because it was in the editable oekaki. People probably talk the black was supposed to be there when they coloured it and took off the black layer.
