[Genderless]

I drew and designed this character for this competition Forum/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=4508558

The character has a magic power that can be contained and released with the front paw, but the spines on the back are always radiating some amount of the magic force that the character can't control. The spines release more and more of the magic force any time the character's emotions get strong. The magic itself isn't well understood yet because the character still hasn't learned to control it well.
