Corrupted adopt with an extra mouth, twisted horns, mismatched ears, and a curly tail.

Linked with the two other glitched and corrupted designs, perhaps friends/brothers in a futuristic world who did something and as a result got these traits. Maybe also why he has an extra mouth. In a human form the mouth would be on the upper chest, just below the collarbone. Hates the extra mouth and would do everything he could to hide it.
