rey, this is an absolutely gorgeous piece as always- the feather caught my eye immediately for some reason?? it looks so soft ; ; also, the way the character is posed, the lighting and ambience give this piece a somewhat melancholy feel- gosh, it's all just too beautiful

WAAA thank you so much!! i honestly wish i understood lighting a little better, because i feel like this piece would have benefited from it, but it's a little too much for my worm brain to understand,,
so i'm glad the more vague and blurred-out lighting still looks nice GJDNFKSNFKD

aaaa gosh smol your comment genuinely makes me smile,, thank you so much! i was definitely going for that melancholy, "the world outside is so vast and open" vibe, since in this scene tau is unable to go out and explore the way she used to. i'm really glad my art was able to communicate that sort of mood! 💙
