val made a deal with castrum to save the kit from getting killed by the demons - the kit was taken to hell and it was made so he can live a normal life but at any time can be summoned to hell from whatever it is he's doing to do castrum's bidding
he's really anxious and on edge
seems very self assured but he's a very scared kalon
has a lot of friends, but he loses them quickly
lashes out angrily a lot
