It seems this kid is scrambling to find gifts for that special someone! What're they trying to find? How's their experience shopping for gifts? No real word limit, but don't go overboard. Make sure your form is legible (so no super tiny fonts, bright or pale colors), and if you pretty up with gifs/images you did not make, you must credit them!

There is also one slight catch for this kid, sorry - you cannot enter if you've already won a Wintertide lambicorn at the time of this adopt being posted. Mystery minilambs do not count (as that would remove a good chunk of event participants, lol), but the 13 days lambabies from the orphanage do. I'll be checking! Sorry.

Gogo's very nervous, mostly due to the crowds. Gift shopping's never fun when the stores are so full of others that you get shoved around at every turn. There's one last toaster and two lambies are fighting over it. Gogo's shoving his way through crowds, unfamiliar with the store or not remembering due to the panic. His first stops the jewelry station, holding onto the glass casings to keep from getting shoved by lambies walking by. He picks out a necklace that he thinks is perfect for them, and moves on to finding the next thing. He finds a cute mug with little ducks on it, and nabs it before another woman could grab it.

Gogo runs off quickly, holding what hes got so far close to himself. He finds himself in the candy isle, picking out a mix of the persons favorite sweets, and then on to his last needed item for his gift. He scrambled into the toy isle, many kids running around and parents grabbing toys and yelling. Gogo made his way through, almost losing his scarf, and he spots the perfect thing.

He ducks and weaves through the other lambies, just a little too short to reach it. A taller lambicorn notices his struggling, and grabs the plushie. Before Gogo could even register, they had shoved it in his arms, ushering him out of the chaos. He smiled widely, giving them a 'Thank you!' and running to check out. Checking out was slow but easy, and he returned home. His gift was the plushie wearing the necklace, and holding the mug in front of it filled with candies.

Midori has always had trouble making friends- he's a bit awkward and soft-spoken, and the only one he's really ever been able to get along with is a lambie named Nirnasha. Nirnasha may have a scary appearance, but they find comfort in each other due to their similar shy personalities. That's why Midori decided to buy Nirnasha a Wintertide gift! He knows Nirnasha loves rabbits, so he decided that the best thing to get him would be something related to them... but what? He's been scampering around to store after store before he finally stopped in front of a toy shop. There was a giant stuffed rabbit in the window, and Midori's eyes sparkled when he looked at it. It looked very fluffy and huggable, and it was pink! Pink was Nirnasha's favorite color, strange considering Nirnasha wore nearly all black. Midori pulled his scarf closer to him as if he could hide under it, and entered the store. He kindly asked the owner the price of the rabbit, and although it was a bit much, he paid for it. Now came another problem- getting it out the door! Midori pushed and shoved, but the huge stuffed animal was heavy and he couldn't see where he was going. So when he bumped right into Nirnasha, he didn't even notice!
Nirnasha stared at the huge rabbit and smiled slightly. Of course, his smile was a bit creepy due to the skull on his face, but it was sweet all the same. Midori caught sight of his friend and blushed in embarrassment. He told Nirnasha that he had tried so hard to find a present, and apologized for bumping into him. He seemed sad that he hadn't been able to surprise Nirnasha with a present. Nirnasha gave his friend a pat on the head with one clawed hand and laughed. He thanked Midori, and told him that he loved the present! This cheered Midori up immensely, and they headed home, with Nirnasha carrying the giant stuffed animal.

Well, this was the first holiday that Manni had decided to get a gift for somebody and it already was a mess. He was running late and the stores would be soon closing and he had no idea what to get. Now, the somebody he was getting the gift for? Well that wasn't too bad, it wasn't like it was his best friend or anything. So obviously, he was kind of a wreck.

He started by window shopping, seeing if anything caught his eye but when that didn't work he went into every store he could find, looking for something that he knew his friend would like. Something flashy, maybe shiny even.. sparkly? Maybe. He was at his last few stores before he noticed a familiar coat, freezing in place. Oh no. It was them. He quickly ran into the opposing store, hiding in a random section before looking around him and noticing he was surrounded by.. snow-globes. He eased up, letting out a breath of relief. He could get them a snow-globe! They're beautiful, shiny, and fun to play with. As he reached up to grab one of them his eyes wandered towards the end of the aisle, spotting a gorgeous snow-globe. It was a soft blue crystal color with darker blue glitter powdered over it, a scene of two lambies ice-skating in the globe. Hanging from the inside of the globe was a bright golden star and he instantly fell in love. It'd be perfect!

He ran over to the globe, picking it up with care and bringing it up to the front desk, purchasing it. "Thank you so much, Miss, this is for a good friend of mine, I appreciate it!"

Upon walking out, however, he bumped into a figure and almost dropped the snow-globe. He shook his head to collect himself before apologizing, "I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going and-"

"Manni! Manni oh that snow-globe is so pretty! What brings you out today?"

Oh. It was them.

He awkwardly held it out to them, "It's for you, actually. I was buying a gift for you."

His friend hopped a bit, smiling before shuffling through a bag at their side, pulling out an opposing red snow-globe, looking as if it was the same make.

"What a coincidence, I bought you one too! Look, they even match!"

"..What a coincidence." He sighed tiredly, throwing his head back with a smile.

What a day.

The sigh she represses is almost visible. Crowds are annoying enough on a good day, Christmas shopping crowds, however? Equaled the bane of her existence at that time of year. All she'd wanted to do was go out, get that last gift she needed then go home to curl up in that deliciously large bathtub. But as the Christmas shoppers were almost all morons of the highest order, getting under paw, moving too slowly, standing in the middle of the path. It all made her want to scream. Candy was on the verge of just showing her way through, everyone else be damned, when the crowds simply parted for some reason.
