What are jell-beans?
jelly-beans are a closed species that have jelly or clear like body parts such as ears, tail(s) and legs.
all jelly-beans are nekos. They can have fast mood changes, and all they eat is candy!
rules:
-you cannot make your own jelly-bean as they are a closed species
-DO NOT REMOVE FAKE SIGN!
