Off duty canines can not be sent on missions, and you can have any amount. They can breed any time (while off cooldown), and can be switched to on duty up to once a week. Keep in mind to fill out a form and keep your storage updated with on and off duty canines you own.

And each stat is on a scale from 1-20. 20 being the best and 1 being the worst. Stats (through missions/tasks) can be improved by up to 5 points. The rest is up to chance and genetics. Dogs with better stats do better on missions and reap higher rewards.
Design Info wrote:Our K9s are not completely natural in design, but color is to remain mostly natural with optional unnatural highlights/accents in the design. Exceptions can be made for events and such of course. Our artists are welcome to take some artistic liberty with line edits. However artists do keep in mind that line edits can and should effect stats at times. For example, a dog with a missing leg may have lower speed or agility compared to other adopts.
