I've been wanting to design an 'ocean' themed character, and finally coming back to CS, I saw the Oekaki and wanted to take a stab at it. Not bad with a laptop, if I do say so myself! Pretty happy with it. Would have been able to do more I feel if I knew what I was doing or had my tablet lol
I also messed up the face markings and didnt realize I cut the layer off..
