how do you make those little stars in the fur so bright and precise? is there i setting or mode i dont know about?

I use the "round pixelated" setting on a brush, set it to 1 (size), get pure white and hand draw each star

the smaller ones that are dotted all over the place are just from me tapping my drawing pad with the stylus a lot

if they look too clustered together i go in with an eraser and just erase what doesn't look right
