Option 1
So
essentially
both people just design a humanoid character based off the other user's feral character.
Say I have this feral, we'll call him Bob.
And User 2 has this feral, Jim.
I would draw this humanoid for User 2,
And User 2 would draw this humanoid character for me.
Simple enough, right? :0

Option 2
I'll create a humanoid design from one of your feral characters for 300C$ or 10USD for a fullbody design like this
I'll also take payment in art, though I am picky.
