Sweet River Andalusians, also known as SRA's, are a special chain of Andalusians known for their wide variety of coat colors, unique and sometimes unnatural eye colors, and gentle attitudes. Often standing at 15 to 17 hands these horses can be trained for virtually any discipline. Their lineage started at the small farm, called Sweet River Stables, when an Andalusian filly was born with an unusual coat color and bright blue eyes. After days of genetic testing it was determined that the filly had a rare genetic mutation causing the unique look and thus the Sweet River Andalusian line had begun. After several generations this mutation has passed down to every SRA born and is now being shared all around the world.
