Remake of characters in one of my *says really a billion times* old comics!

Character on left is
Zalai
Alien general and head of the Earthling peace project. A younger general and a genius in his field. With his quick-thinking he has already acquired peace relations within a pack of raccoons. Talks too much.

Character of right is
Dawnii
Fought in the last war against the Ebirus alongside his brother. He lost both his brother and his eye in an ambush. He was assigned to the Earthling peace project in case peace backfired and they had to fight the Earthlings. Strong and seems solemn and quiet a lot. Not that smart,,,


Species info:
-Knowledge of several different languages
-Depending on what side of the planet they were born, they each have different unique attributes and coloration
-Unlike Ebirus, don't act on aggression or impulsively as much
-Aquatic creatures, having gills on the side of their necks and sides
-Somewhat physic, controls waves with their long back fins

**Neither of these characters exhibit the physic abilities listed below**
-When ones with particularly strong physic abilities are angered, a quite hum is heard within a 20 foot radius. Even though the hum is just the same steady, quiet hum, the brain interprets it differently and if exposed to it for too long can affect brain stuff/ make ears bleed/ insanity/ mind control/ mind reading depending on where this physic was born on their planet (Xarthia).
