Delia Smith aka Soft Serve is 20 years old and a close friend of Maria. She is currently working at a children's daycare while studying psychology. Delia was affected by the recent surge in abnormalities, what is suspected to be some sort of radio wave frequency that affected only those whose brains were "wired" a certain way. While she was at an art class late at night, she got these vivid hallucinations of four dark figures speaking to her. She almost got in huge trouble with her professor, but luckily was just told to go home for the day. She arrived at her dorm to see her hands and feet turning an icy blue and she suddenly had the ability to summon ice and withstand below zero temperatures.
