I think I have a slight understanding of what you're talking about.

Some days I just feel... off. Like I'm watching myself in third person or everything that's happening doesn't feel real. It doesn't happen often, but occasionally. It definitely is a strange feeling.

I've been diagosed with depression and anxiety, so I always wondered if it had something to do with that. Who knows.

Oh for sure, this is called disassociation and everyone experiences it to some extent. if it's ever upsetting to you, definitely talk to someone about it! It can be a symptom of depression/anxiety.
