Edit: technical difficulties persist but I was able to make the sketch nicer so I'm happy

Edit #2: I did. All the hair coloring. On the freak ing line art layer. (: ALSO for some reason I can ONLY draw with uhh pen tool size 2?? If I try to use another tool or size it just doesn't register my lines at all :,) it might be a thing with my tablet?? Idk lol but I'll make do
