I really like how the clouds turned out, but i'm not as happy on the grass and mountains.... and critique? any tips would help <3

Thank you! what i did was i added random white splotches and use the smudge tool, i kept on repeating untill it look realistic. Then, i Used the burn tool to make it more defined. and finally i used dodge to make the clouds more bright
